Follow the footsteps of wolf Naya in Anoek Steketee’s layered multimedia teaser. Maybe we have more in common than we think?
Anoek Steketee’s (1974, Hoorn) photographic and video work has a documentary starting point, but does not take a purely documentary approach. The camera is used not only to raise social issues, but also as a tool for the imagination. Her work focuses on the contrast between the individual and life in changing, sometimes alienating circumstances. Her work has been exhibited and published internationally. She is represented by Flatland gallery in Amsterdam.
Let’s connect and discuss new perspectives and collaborations with visual artists for a future where nature has a place at the table. It all starts with imagination….
